 Breathing is automatic function of our body and it work on regulating oxygen level in our blood and also regulate body temperature.
We born with normal breathing but we lose them as we grow.
Many people habitat with rapid breathing od many are slow breathing,but proper breathing is necessary for our health.
Normal breatging range:- 12-18 Breath/minute.

2.Showering


Many people get pleasure by long-warm watery bath/shower;but many reseach says Long, hot showers can disrupt your normal skin barrier, stripping away your natural proteins and lipids and leaving you feeling dry and itchy. You can also remove too much “good” bacteria from your body and worsen skin conditions like eczema.

3.Eating too quickly


In our speedy and busy lifestyle,for maintain our time table we usually no give attention on our eating speed.
But,due to eat quickly can decrease rate of our food digestion system.if our food parts are not spent proper time in our mouth,than the starter digestion can being interrupt..

4.Irregular sleep habits


Sleep is necessary part of our life,if we doesn't take proper sleep than it can be derange in our metabolism system and as well as normal function of our body.
To take 6-7 hour sleep is necessary for healthy life.

5.Sitting for long periods of time


Due to office work or any reason, sitting to much can harm our health. Desk jobs may seem less dangerous than more daring professions, but sitting all day is terrible for your health and may even shorted your life span. In fact, some doctors are even calling sitting the new smoking. If you must be sedentary, get up throughout the day and stretch your legs, and make sure you’re exercising regularly.

6.Watching too much TV

While a little stress in life is both unavoidable and necessary, too much can wreak havoc on your body and eventually kill you. Find healthy habits to help lower your stress levels, like exercise, meditation, and listening to relaxing music. They really do help.

9.Please stop skipping breakfast

But doctors say skipping breakfast may be bad for your heart, so if you have a family history of heart-related illnesses, it’s best not to risk it.

If your skin is badly oily than not take oily soap and you have dry skin than take oily soap for your skin.

Cutting of fat and carbohydrates in our daily meal is not so good.
Carbs give your muscles energy, and fats keep your mind sharp.
